Chairman of HAGL Group, Mr. Đoàn Nguyên Đức, invites major shareholders on a trip to visit the group’s agricultural projects in Vietnam and Laos.

CTCP Group, Hoàng Anh Gia Lai (HAGL), recently announced that its Chairman, Mr. Đoàn Nguyên Đức (also known as “Bầu Đức”), will be inviting 40 shareholders who own over 200,000 HAG shares, or representatives of shareholder groups owning more than 200,000 HAG shares as of November 27, 2024, to join a trip to visit the group’s agricultural projects in Vietnam and Laos.

The trip is scheduled to take place from 11:30 AM on Friday, December 13, to 5:00 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2024.

The main objective of this visit is to provide shareholders with a clear understanding of HAGL’s current activities and their comparison to previous trips. It also aims to address the question of HAGL’s sustainable development and its future trajectory.

“The purpose of this trip is to answer all these questions through reports and practical demonstrations, giving shareholders the confidence to decide whether to invest or not in the future,” the invitation letter stated.

Previously, in November 2022, Bầu Đức had invited 40 shareholders owning over 500,000 shares and representatives of small shareholder groups (with a total of 500,000 HAG shares) to join a similar journey to visit HAGL’s projects in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
