According to the Taxation and Customs Departments of Dong Nai province, the total state budget revenue reached over VND 55,200 billion as of November 21, surpassing the full-year target of VND 55,100 billion set for 2024.

Domestic revenue collection stood at more than VND 37,400 billion, exceeding the annual mandate of VND 37,300 billion. Land use fees contributed over VND 2,000 billion, accounting for 56.8% of the VND 3,600 billion target, while lottery revenue exceeded expectations, generating over VND 1,700 billion against a projection of VND 1,800 billion (92.5%).

Dong Nai’s 2024 budget collection in both domestic and import-export sectors has reached its target as of November 21.

In the import-export sector, total revenue reached over VND 17,800 billion, meeting the full-year target. Exports contributed over VND 7,800 billion, while imports generated over VND 10,000 billion.

Significant contributions came from the Nhon Trach Customs Branch, collecting over VND 8,500 billion, and the Dong Nai Border Gate Customs Branch, with revenues surpassing VND 4,600 billion.

Out of tens of thousands of tax-paying enterprises in the province, the top 10 taxpayers accounted for nearly VND 4,400 billion. Leading the list is Dong Nai Lottery One-Member Limited Company, with payments exceeding VND 1,200 billion, followed by Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation, contributing over VND 1,000 billion.

Other notable taxpayers include Bat-Vinataba Joint Venture Company, with VND 349 billion; Ajinomoto Vietnam Co., Ltd., with VND 306 billion; Nestlé Vietnam Co., Ltd., with nearly VND 285 billion; Terumo BCT Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Long Thanh district, with over VND 247 billion; Bien Hoa Construction and Material Production Joint Stock Company, with over VND 244 billion; Vietnam Suzuki Co., Ltd., with over VND 231 billion; Dong Nai Petroleum Company, with VND 198 billion; and YKK Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Nhon Trach Industrial Zone, with over VND 181 billion.

To ensure proactive financial management and fulfill fiscal obligations for 2024, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Dong Nai issued two directives focusing on financial and budgetary tasks in the province. This close guidance played a pivotal role in the early accomplishment of the state budget revenue target for the year.
