Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh, the wife of the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan and mother of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Chairman of the Joint Stock Corporation for Investment Development and Construction (DIC Corp., MCK: DIG, HoSE floor), has reported on the trading of shares by insiders and related persons of insiders.

According to the report, the number of shares registered by Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh for inheritance was nearly 16.97 million shares, expected to take place from October 24, 2024, to November 22, 2024. However, by the end of the trading day, Ms. Thanh had only inherited nearly 12.22 million DIG shares.

The reason for Ms. Thanh’s incomplete transaction of the registered shares was due to the transfer procedure being carried out at the relevant authorities as per regulations.
