According to Stapimex’s record date announcement, December 5, 2024, is the ex-dividend date for the second 2024 interim cash dividend. The payment will be made from December 16 to 20, 2024.
At the 2024 AGM, Stapimex approved a dividend plan for 2024 with a minimum payout ratio of 50% of par value. The company has already paid the first installment of 50% in July this year.
In total, the interim dividend payout ratio for the two installments is 110%. With 7.01 million circulating shares (according to the 2023 audited financial statements), Stapimex is estimated to pay out over VND 77 billion in interim dividends for 2024 to its shareholders.

As of December 31, 2023, Stapimex had three individual shareholders holding nearly 44% of its charter capital, all of whom are insiders. Mr. Ta Van Vung, a member of the Board of Directors and General Director, holds 21.33% of the capital and is estimated to receive over VND 16 billion in the two interim dividend installments for 2024.
Established in 1978, Stapimex is one of the oldest shrimp farming, processing, and exporting companies in Vietnam. In 2023, the company achieved VND 7,091 billion in net revenue, a 10% decrease from 2023. Consequently, net profit decreased by 12% to nearly VND 490 billion, bringing the cumulative profit to over VND 995 billion by the end of 2023.
For 2024, Stapimex targets a finished product volume of 30,000 tons, export turnover of $340 million, and a profit of VND 500 billion.
