Vietnam M&A Forum is a reputable event in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organized annually by the Investment Newspaper, under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. After 16 years of organization, the forum has attracted the attention and participation of a large number of policymakers, reputable experts, and leaders of domestic and foreign enterprises.

As part of the forum, the organizers also deploy a program to vote for typical M&A deals and consultants, independently evaluated by a professional council based on various criteria such as the number and scale of advised deals, the nature and significance of the deals, as well as the experience and capacity of the team.
