Data For Life 2024 is an international competition that aims to discover innovative ideas, solutions, and technology products from young talents in Vietnam and abroad. It focuses on leveraging big data and artificial intelligence to address social issues and contribute to the development of a digital government, society, and economy. The contest is organized by the Population Data and Civil Status Center, the Police Administration Bureau for Social Order (Ministry of Public Security), Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Vietnam Television (VTV).

During its over two-month duration, Data For Life 2024 attracted 376 teams from all over Vietnam and international projects from countries such as Australia, Singapore, South Korea, and Indonesia. In this year’s final round, the top six teams presented their creative and trend-leading digital products and solutions, engaging in lively debates with the judging panel.
As a “rookie” in the “Data for Life” contest and a relatively new player in the field of information technology in the financial banking sector, NCB Bank’s team impressed the judges with their project, “Cloud-based Integrated ML Model and Feature Serving Platform.” This solution showcases a high level of feasibility in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and population data systems to enhance social welfare services and economic development.
NCB’s Cloud-based Integrated ML Model and Feature Serving Platform aims to efficiently deploy machine learning models and optimize resources in the fields of technology and AI across a diverse range of social domains. The system employs a multitude of optimized algorithms, ranging from raw data processing to calculation variable optimization, ensuring swift and accurate responses to all requests.
With its adaptability, high applicability, and seamless integration, NCB’s solution can effectively support the deployment of machine learning models and optimize resources in technology and artificial intelligence across various social sectors, including healthcare, education, security, and social welfare.
