The National Assembly relieves Ho Duc Phoc and Nguyen Van Thang from their positions as Minister of Finance and Minister of Transport, respectively.
The National Assembly proceeded with the procedure for relieving the duties of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Transport for the 2021-2026 term.
The National Assembly passed a resolution approving the Prime Minister’s proposal to relieve Ho Duc Phoc and Nguyen Van Thang of their duties as Minister of Finance and Minister of Transport for the 2021-2026 term, with a high approval rate.

Subsequently, the National Assembly heard the following:
- Report of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the list of nominations for the National Assembly to elect a member of the Standing Committee, and Secretary General of the National Assembly for the 15th term;
- The Prime Minister’s proposal for a list of nominations for the National Assembly to approve the appointment of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Transport for the term 2021-2026;
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court proposed to the National Assembly for approval of the appointment of judges of the Supreme People’s Court.
- The Report on the verification of the National Assembly’s Judiciary Committee on the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court for approval of the appointment of judges of the Supreme People’s Court. Following this, the National Assembly discussed the above content within the delegation.

The result was as follows: 454 delegates participated in the vote (accounting for 94.78% of the total number of NA deputies), 453 delegates agreed (accounting for 94.57% of the total number of NA deputies), and 01 delegate did not vote (accounting for 0.21% of the total number of NA deputies).

The National Assembly approved the appointment of Nguyen Quoc Doan and Le Tien as judges of the Supreme People’s Court.

The result was as follows: 451 delegates participated in the vote (accounting for 94.15% of the total number of NA deputies), 448 delegates agreed (accounting for 93.53% of the total number), one delegate disagreed (accounting for 0.21%), and two delegates did not vote (accounting for 0.42%).
