The People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province has granted the Investment Registration Certificate for the project “Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Van VI Industrial Park” to Hanoi International Port Joint Stock Company.

According to the People’s Committee, the project will be implemented in Tien Ngoai, Yen Nam, and Tien Son communes (Duy Tien town) with an area of 250 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND 3,000 billion. The project has a duration of 50 years from the date of land lease by the State.

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province requested that departments and branches support investors in completing investment procedures and removing obstacles during the project implementation process. At the same time, they should communicate and encourage locals to cooperate in site clearance; construct connecting roads to the industrial park, and build schools and social housing for workers.

The People’s Committee also requested that the investors focus their resources on implementing the project, while also paying attention to providing vocational training and job opportunities for locals, especially those whose land needs to be revoked for the project.

Previously, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province granted the Investment Registration Certificate for the project “Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Thanh Binh II Industrial Park – Phase 1” to Thanh Binh Industrial Infrastructure Development Investment Co., Ltd.

According to the People’s Committee, the project has a scale of 226.6 hectares with a total investment of over VND 2,610 billion. The project is invested by Thanh Binh Industrial Infrastructure Development Investment Co., Ltd., and is implemented in Thanh Nguyen and Thanh Hai communes (Thanh Liem district).

The People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province believes that the implementation of the project “Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Thanh Binh II Industrial Park – Phase 1” will contribute to promoting industrial development in Ha Nam Province in general and in Thanh Liem district in particular. At the same time, it will accelerate the urbanization process of Thanh Liem district and create more jobs for local workers.
