Bulgarian President Impressed by VinFast’s Achievements During Visit to Hải Phòng Factory

On November 26, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and his delegation paid a visit to the VinFast Hải Phòng Complex, an important event that further emphasized the significance of VinFast in the green industry and Vietnam’s role in the global electric vehicle production map.

At the VinFast factory, President Radev expressed his admiration for the achievements of the Vietnamese automobile brand within a short period. He highly appreciated the quality and development potential of VinFast electric vehicles in the European market, considering it a clear testament to Vietnam’s economic and technological advancement. The President also took time to tour the production workshops, gaining insights into the modern processes at the complex.

Highlighting Bulgaria’s strengths in producing components, sensors, and smart operating systems for electric vehicles, President Radev invited VinFast to explore investment cooperation opportunities in Bulgaria. He suggested collaboration in various areas, including selling vehicles in the Bulgarian market, establishing a component production base, developing software for electric vehicles, or even manufacturing cars in Bulgaria according to European standards. Vice President and CEO of Vingroup, Mr. Nguyen Viet Quang, affirmed that VinFast would seriously consider and seek cooperation opportunities in Bulgaria.

Present at the VinFast Hải Phòng factory to greet President Radev was Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, CEO of FGF Company. The young entrepreneur is the second son of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong and previously served as VinFast’s Global Marketing Director, leading numerous launch campaigns in key markets.

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and the delegation visited and worked at the VinFast factory in Hai Phong.

President Radev expressed his impression of VinFast’s achievements and affirmed that Bulgaria is willing to create favorable conditions for VinFast to enter the market and invest in this country.

Representatives of VinFast and FGF Company took a souvenir photo with President Radev and the Bulgarian delegation.

FGF Company, established by Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong, the founder and chairman of Vingroup (VIC), specializes in the purchase and leasing of electric vehicles. Founded in July 2024 with a charter capital of VND 200 billion, the company is contributed by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong with VND 180 billion, holding 90% of the charter capital; Mr. Pham Khac Phuong contributed 9.9%, and Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh contributed 0.1%.

Earlier, in early 2024, Mr. Minh Hoang’s older brother, Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh, accompanied Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong as the Vice President of VinFast’s Production Block in receiving Indonesian President Joko Widodo at the VinFast Hai Phong factory.

VinFast has become a symbol of inspiration for the Vietnamese automobile industry, and the VinFast automobile manufacturing complex is becoming a favorite destination for many state leaders when visiting and working in Vietnam.
