As planned, Phu Giao is expected to break ground on the Tam Lap 2 Industrial Cluster in late 2024. Spanning 50 hectares, this cluster will be the first to accommodate businesses relocating from the south. Subsequently, Phu Giao will continue to develop other industrial parks and clusters.
The Tam Lap 2 Industrial Cluster is strategically located in Tam Lap Commune, Phu Giao District, Binh Duong Province. It aims to attract investment in various sectors, including garment manufacturing, electronics, telecommunications, food processing, wood processing, animal and poultry feed production, metal products, and indoor and outdoor furniture.
By 2030, Binh Duong Province plans to relocate businesses operating in scattered industrial parks within residential areas of Thu An, Di An, Thu Dau Mot, Tan Uyen, and Ben Cat cities. Approximately 289,000 employees are currently working in these businesses that are subject to relocation.

Phu Giao District is situated in the northern part of Binh Duong Province, bordering Dong Phu District in Binh Phuoc Province. According to the master plan, Phu Giao is allocated with 18 industrial clusters and 4 industrial parks, covering more than 3,000 hectares. The district is conveniently connected by the Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang road, which links all industrial parks in the area, facilitating inter-regional transportation.
Additionally, Phu Giao is committed to promoting high-tech agriculture, aiming for a 20% contribution of high-tech agriculture to the district’s total agricultural production value by 2030 and a further increase to 50% by 2040.
