The Board of Directors of the FLC Group has appointed Mr. Vu Anh Tuan as Chairman of the Board, effective December 5, 2024. He replaces Mr. Le Ba Nguyen, who has been relieved of his duties to take on other important responsibilities.

The FLC Board has also appointed Ms. Bui Hai Huyen as the new CEO of the FLC Group, replacing Mr. Le Tien Dung, effective December 5, 2024.
Ms. Huyen has held several important positions within the FLC Group during Mr. Trinh Van Quyet’s chairmanship. She served as Vice President of the FLC Group from 2015 and was appointed CEO in March 2020. In July 2022, she also took on the role of Vice Chairman of the FLC Board following a leadership crisis within the Group.
In late February 2023, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen stepped down from her roles as CEO and Vice Chairman of the FLC Board.
With over 20 years of experience in management, consulting, and leadership across various industries, Ms. Huyen brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the FLC Group. In her farewell letter to the staff, she expressed her belief that the Group needed a fresh start after the challenges it had faced.
After leaving FLC, Ms. Huyen joined the Dabaco Group as Vice President in mid-August 2023. However, she parted ways with the leading agribusiness company after just six months, in February 2024.
