The FLC Group’s Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Vu Anh Tuan as Chairman of the Board, effective December 5, 2024. He replaces Mr. Le Ba Nguyen, who has been relieved of his duties to take on other important responsibilities.

The Board has also named Ms. Bui Hai Huyen as the new CEO of the FLC Group, replacing Mr. Le Tien Dung, effective December 5, 2024.
Ms. Huyen has an extensive history with the FLC Group, having served in various key positions during Mr. Trinh Van Quyet’s chairmanship. She was appointed as Vice President of the FLC Group in 2015 and promoted to CEO in March 2020. In July 2022, she took on additional responsibilities as Acting Vice Chairman of the Board following a leadership crisis within the Group.
In late February 2023, Ms. Huyen resigned from her positions as CEO and Vice Chairman of the FLC Group. With over 20 years of experience in management, consulting, and leadership across multiple large enterprises, Ms. Huyen shared in her farewell letter to FLC employees that the Group needed a fresh start after its recent challenges.
After leaving the FLC Group, Ms. Huyen joined the Dabaco Group as Vice President in mid-August 2023 but departed after less than six months (from February 2024) from the prominent agribusiness enterprise.
