Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Duong Duc Tuan has issued a decision on adjusting the detailed planning of the N7 urban subdivision, at a scale of 1/5000, for planning block VII.2.3 in Tien Duong, Dong Anh district.
The adjusted land plot is bordered on the southwest by National Highway 23B, on the east by green space and a planned canal, on the northeast by a planned road with a cross-section of 30m, and on the northwest by another planned road with a 20.5m cross-section. The total area of the studied land is approximately 9.63 hectares.
The goal of this adjustment is to allocate land for the construction of a headquarters for the Dong Anh District Military Command and the Dong Anh District Public Security, along with the district-level agency headquarters (including the Execution Office, People’s Court, Procuracy, and functional agencies of the Dong Anh District People’s Committee). This will form an integrated, modern, and independent inter-agency area, separate from the surrounding residential areas.
The Hanoi People’s Committee has assigned the People’s Committee of Dong Anh District to coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture to publicly announce the above-mentioned N7 urban subdivision planning adjustment plan so that relevant organizations, agencies, and people can be informed.
