Ninh Binh prepares to auction 286 land lots in Yen Mo and Kim Son districts
In Yen Mo district, on the morning of December 28, the Tuan Linh Asset Auction Partnership will organize an auction for the use of 147 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Yen Mo district. The auction lots are located in Yen My commune, Yen Mo district, with lot sizes ranging from 120 to 451.9 sq. m. The starting price is from VND 5.2 to 6.4 million per sq. meter.
The deadline for submitting applications and bids is the end of the administrative day on December 25, at the head office of Tuan Linh Asset Auction Partnership and the People’s Committee of Yen My commune, Yen Mo district.
Participants must submit a deposit ranging from VND 124.8 million to over VND 469 million, depending on the lot. The deposit submission period is from December 25 to 4 pm on December 27. The auction will be conducted through indirect voting for each land lot, with an upward bidding method. The price announcement will take place at the People’s Committee hall of Yen My commune, Yen Mo district.
In Kim Son district, the Tuan Linh Asset Auction Partnership will organize an auction for the use of 139 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Kim Son district. The auction lots are located in the detailed planning of residential areas in Kim Chinh, Thuong Kiem, Kim My, Kim Dong communes, and Binh Minh town, Kim Son district. Lot sizes range from 90 to 433.8 sq. m. The starting price is from VND 2.5 million to VND 16 million per sq. meter.
Applications are accepted during working hours from December 13 to January 2, 2025, at the cultural house of Binh Minh town, Kim Son district. Participants must submit a deposit ranging from VND 84 million to over VND 513.8 million, depending on the lot. The deadline for submitting the deposit is 4 pm on December 31. The auction will be conducted through direct voting, with a maximum of five rounds of upward bidding.
682 land lots in Nam Dinh province will be auctioned in December 2024
The Nam Dinh Province Auction Service Center will organize an auction for the use of 682 land lots on December 23. Specifically, in Giao Thuy district, the Center will auction 108 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Giao Thuy district on the morning of December 23.
The auction lots are located in Giao Ha commune, Giao Thuy district, with lot sizes ranging from 85.7 to 182.5 sq. m. The starting price is from over VND 11.5 million to over VND 22.4 million per sq. meter, equivalent to a price of over VND 1 billion to over VND 3.1 billion per lot.

At the same location, in the afternoon of the same day, the Center will auction 186 lots in Bon Ngạn village, Nghia Son commune, Nghia Hung district. Lot sizes range from 95.5 to 142.2 sq. m. The starting price is from over VND 12.5 million to over VND 21.6 million per sq. meter, equivalent to a price of over VND 1.3 billion to over VND 2 billion per lot.

Lot sizes range from 90 to 119.5 sq. m. Sao Mai Group Auction Partnership (the Company) will also organize an auction for the use of 31 land plots for people to build houses in Hung Yen city. These plots are owned by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen city. Lot sizes range from 100 to 218.2 sq. m. The starting price is from over VND 14.6 million to over VND 27.2 million per sq. meter, equivalent to a starting price of over VND 1.4 billion to over VND 4.6 billion per plot.
On the morning of December 23, OCD An Thuan Auction Company will organize an auction for the use of 20 land plots owned by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen city. The auction lots are located in the residential area along the main road of Bao Khe commune, the new residential area at Hat 2 of National Highway 38 in Minh Khai ward, and the new residential area of Quang Chau commune. Lot sizes range from 92.43 to 378.7 sq. m. The starting price is from VND 1.5 million to over VND 4.4 million per sq. meter, equivalent to a starting price of over VND 152 million to over VND 1.1 billion per plot.
Similarly, on the morning of December 26, the Company will auction 36 land plots for people to build houses. Lot sizes range from 80 to 146.8 sq. m. The starting price is from over VND 14.6 million to VND 27.2 million per sq. meter, equivalent to a starting price of over VND 1.3 billion to VND 4 billion per plot.
On the morning of December 29, the Company will continue to auction 33 land plots owned by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen city for people to build houses. Accordingly, lot sizes range from 80 to 177 sq. m. The starting price is from over VND 16.6 million to VND 20.8 million per sq. meter, equivalent to a starting price of over VND 1.3 billion to VND 3 billion per plot.
