Regarding the auction of 27 land plots in three wards of Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, and Duong Noi (Ha Dong District) held last October, representatives from the Ha Dong District stated that 5 out of 27 land plots have received approximately 50% of the land use fee for the first installment as per regulations (including the deposit for participating in the auction).

Notably, Plot 1A-03, with a “view” of the cemetery in the Dong Dang – Dong Coc area (Phu Luong Ward), has an area of 57.5 sq m and was auctioned at a price of over VND 262 million per sq m. The total value of Plot 1A-03 is over VND 15 billion, and the customer has paid more than VND 7.1 billion.

Following this, Plot 2A-09 in the Ha Khau commune (Phu Luong Ward) with an area of 62.5 sq m was auctioned at a price of over VND 166 million per sq m, with a total value of VND 10.4 billion, and the customer has paid VND 5.2 billion in land use fees.

Plot 4A-05 in the Ha Khau commune, with an area of 62.5 sq m, was auctioned at a price of over VND 156 million per sq m, with a total value of over VND 9.7 billion, and the customer has paid VND 4.5 billion.

Additionally, Plot 5B-23 in the Dong Bo, Dong Chuc, Cua Cau, and Dong Men (Area B) in Phu Luong Ward, with an area of 62.5 sq m, was auctioned at a price of over VND 166 million per sq m, with a total value of over VND 10.4 billion, and the customer has paid VND 4.8 billion.

Moreover, the winning bidder for Plot LK2-8 in the Duoc area (marked as X7) in Duong Noi Ward has paid VND 5.8 billion. This plot has an area of 66.8 sq m and was auctioned at a price of over VND 182 million per sq m, with a total value of over VND 12.2 billion.

The remaining 22 land plots have not received the first installment of the land use fee from the customers, even though the auction results have been recognized.

According to regulations, the winning bidder must pay 50% of the land use fee as notified within 30 days (first installment) and the remaining 50% within 90 days. If the first installment is not paid on time, the customer can still pay the full amount of the land use fee within 90 days but will have to bear the late payment interest as per regulations.

As reported by Tien Phong, the auction of 27 land plots in three wards of Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, and Duong Noi (Ha Dong District) took place on October 19 and concluded after 14 hours of intense bidding, with a total of approximately 200 participants.

The plot with the highest auction price was 262 million VND per sq m, 8.2 times the starting price, for Plot 1A-03 in the Dong Dang – Dong Coc area (Phu Luong Ward), located next to a cemetery. The auction prices for the remaining plots ranged from VND 146 million to VND 183 million per sq m.

According to PV’s survey, the land plots up for auction in the Dong Dang – Dong Coc area (Phu Luong Ward) are currently being advertised for sale in the market at prices ranging from VND 170 million to VND 200 million, depending on their location.
