Ms. Tran Phuong Ngoc Thao (born in 1984) joined PNJ’s Board of Directors in 2020 and currently serves as the company’s Vice Chairwoman. In addition, she holds several important positions in PNJ’s subsidiaries, including Chairwoman of PNJ Gemstone Joint Stock Company and Director of Vinh An Partners Limited Company.
Ms. Thao is the daughter of Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, Chairwoman of PNJ’s Board of Directors, and has two sisters, Tran Phuong Ngoc Giao and Tran Phuong Ngoc Ha.
In terms of business results, in the first ten months of 2024, PNJ recorded revenue of VND 32,371 billion and after-tax profit of VND 1,600 billion, up 23% and 4%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. The company has achieved over 87% of its revenue target and 77% of its profit target for the full year.
