
TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company in Dong Nai Province offers a Lunar New Year bonus of 1.5 months’ salary
Accordingly, the highest bonus is for employees who started working before January 15, 2024, and it is equivalent to 150%, or 1.5 months’ salary per person (including the new basic salary and production support allowance effective from January 2025).
The bonus amount decreases for employees with shorter tenures. The bonus will be transferred to employees on January 16, 2025. The total bonus amount that TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Dong Nai) is spending for the At Ty Lunar New Year bonus for employees is over 500 billion VND.
Regarding the 2025 salary increase, the company has decided to increase the salary by 100,000 VND per person in advance. In addition, there will be an annual basic salary increase of 4% for employees who are due for a salary raise in 2025.
The holiday period for the Lunar New Year will be 9 days, from January 26 to February 3, 2025. For the Solar New Year, there will be one day off, and all employees will receive a bonus of 200,000 VND (an increase of 100,000 VND compared to 2024). Previously, the company’s trade union had supported 7,000 gifts for workers in difficult situations.
For the upcoming Lunar New Year, the Trade Union continues to coordinate with the company’s board of directors to organize Tet care activities for employees, including giving away over 35 gifts to union members and employees, providing bus tickets for workers to return home for Tet, and arranging art programs to welcome the spring and celebrate the Lunar New Year for employees who cannot go home.
