On December 21st, the Hanoi Police Department continued its investigation into a case of fraud involving the illegal foreign exchange and securities trading platform allegedly headed by Pho Duc Nam (known as Mr. Pips on TikTok, born 1994, residing in Vung Tau city, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province).

The authorities identified 21 websites and 7 bank accounts used by the suspects for their criminal activities. The websites include GKFX.com, Londonex.com, ZenoMarkets.com, CHMarkets.com, Jass.com, LPLtrade.com, TradeTime.com, GTMX.com, AlphaTradinghub.com, IQXtrade.com, Ibmex.com, TrustMarkets.com, JasFX.com, Dktrade.com, Acuex.com, Fxmills.com, Bostonmex.com, Jpexchance.com, TM.com, and EnzoFX.com.

The bank accounts are as follows: Account number 1029417421 held by Ambrose Co., Ltd.; account number 1031327764 held by DVA Consulting Co., Ltd.; account number 1030943887 held by U NI VN Co., Ltd.; account number 1031477119 held by SYSNET VN Co., Ltd.; and account number 1031476369 held by SODIAL VN Co., Ltd. All five accounts were opened at Vietcombank. Additionally, there are two accounts opened at ACB: account number 317228 held by Rowna Co., Ltd., and account number 231366 held by Audrey Co., Ltd.

According to the investigation, the suspects established and operated under the names of Investo Co., Ltd., USIN VN Co., Ltd., and Artex Vina Co., Ltd. to recruit employees.

Initially, the suspects used applications such as Zalo and Telegram to contact and lure potential investors with small, frequent investments and the ability to withdraw funds. They then provided incentives for investors to deposit larger amounts and lock in high-profit codes, ultimately leading to account “burnout” and the theft of the invested funds.

The Hanoi Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Department requests that anyone who has been lured into investing through these websites and bank accounts and has had their assets appropriated through the aforementioned methods to contact the Hanoi Criminal Police Department (address: 90 Nguyen Du, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi; Officer Bui Quang Tung – Investigator, phone number: 0989.651.412) for coordination in resolving the issue.
