Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) Limited Company was established in 2016 to undertake the project “Establishment of Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) Limited Company” in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Viet Yen Town, Bac Giang Province. In November 2024, its charter capital was increased to over VND 3,900 billion, owned by ICT-Lanto Electronic Limited Company (headquartered in Hong Kong, China). Mr. Kan Chen (Chinese nationality) holds the position of General Director and legal representative.

Since its inception, the Company has expanded, increased capacity, and added new products several times. Specifically, in October 2016, the project had a total investment capital of VND 1,561 billion and a production scale of nearly 80.4 million cables for smart electronic devices. After 13 changes, as of December 12, 2024, the total investment capital of the project has been increased to USD 504 million, equivalent to over VND 12,000 billion. Of this, the owner’s equity contributed in cash is over VND 3,900 billion, equivalent to USD 164 million, accounting for 32.5% of the total investment capital; the rest is loans and mobilized capital. The project’s operation duration is until the end of January 2056.
At the same time, the production and processing scale for export has reached hundreds of millions of products annually, such as chargers; processing of headphones/audio components, power banks, wifi transmitters, computer mice, keyboards, printers, robotic vacuums, blood glucose meters, game consoles, component packages for electronic devices such as phones, computers, switches…
The EIA Report published in December 2024 regarding the project mentions the 13th change in production scale, with the Company adding new products with an annual capacity of 17.2 million stylus pens, 40 million blood glucose meters, 37.4 million Airtags smart location tags, 11 mobile phone-related component packages, computers, routers…; increasing the production capacity of computers, computer monitors, and servers to 15 million products/year, game consoles to 1.5 million products/year, and 6 million computer mice…

The project “Establishment of Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) Limited Company” is located in Quang Chau Industrial Park, which has a complete infrastructure and clear functional subdivisions, making it convenient for the project and other projects to operate within the industrial park. Currently, the industrial park has attracted 45 enterprises to invest, with a 100% land registration rate and over 70,000 workers. Vietnam is one of the developing countries that Luxshare-ICT has chosen to expand its production network to, amid the US-China tensions. Not only in Bac Giang, but in November, the People’s Committee of Nghe An province also granted investment registration certificates for the projects Luxshare-ICT (Nghe An) and Luxshare-ICT (Nghe An) 2 to the Luxshare-ICT Group.
