OPPO Find X8

In late November 2024, OPPO officially launched the Find X8 in Vietnam, with a selling price of 23 million VND. The product went on sale in Vietnam on December 7th.

The Find X8 features a flat-frame and back design, a 6.59-inch flat LTPO OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 1-120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1600 nits, and a local peak brightness of 4500 nits for HDR content. The device measures 7.85mm in thickness and weighs 193g.

One of the standout features of the Find X8 is its premium 3-camera system, with a 50MP telephoto camera as the “focal point.” This camera utilizes the IMX882 50MP image sensor, a 73mm focal length, a 1/1.95″ size, OIS stabilization, 3x optical zoom, and an impressive AI-powered 120x telescopic zoom.

The Find X8 also boasts advanced AI photography features such as AI Clarity, AI Face Focus, and AI Anti-Glare, among others.

Powering the Find X8 is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, manufactured using a 3nm process, with clock speeds up to 3.8GHz. The device offers up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

In terms of battery life, the Find X8 is equipped with a large 5630mAh battery, ensuring comfortable all-day use.

OPPO Find X8 Pro

The OPPO Find X8 Pro went on sale in Vietnam on December 7th, priced at 30 million VND.

The OPPO Find X8 Pro boasts a LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 2780 x 1264 pixels, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits.

The phone’s camera system has been fine-tuned by Hasselblad and features a quad-camera setup on the rear, with a 50MP main sensor and OIS support. Notably, it includes two telephoto lenses, offering 3x and 6x optical zoom capabilities.

Under the hood, the OPPO Find X8 Pro is powered by the 8-core Dimensity 9400 chip, featuring a 3.62GHz core to ensure efficient handling of tasks. The chip also includes the Immortalis-G925 graphics core, delivering superior graphics performance. The device is configured with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It houses a 5,910mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

Vivo V40 5G

The Vivo V40 5G is available in the Vietnamese market in a single configuration: 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, priced at 12.99 million VND.

The device sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also boasts an impressive IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, the highest in the current market.

Vivo V40 5G takes mobile photography to the next level with its collaboration with ZEISS, a renowned optics brand. The device is equipped with a dual-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50MP main camera.

Vivo’s phone boasts a dual-camera setup with a 50-megapixel main lens and an ultra-wide-angle lens, both featuring Samsung’s ISOCELL GNJ sensor, an f/1.88 aperture, and OIS stabilization. The ultra-wide-angle camera offers a 119-degree field of view and auto-focus capability.

Performance-wise, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, built on a 4nm process, with an 8-core structure: 1x 2.63 GHz Cortex-A715, 3x 2.4 GHz Cortex-A715, and 4x 1.8 GHz Cortex-A510, coupled with an Adreno 720 GPU.

The battery capacity has been upgraded to a generous 5,500mAh and supports 80W fast charging.

Honor Magic V3

The HONOR Magic V3 is the world’s thinnest foldable smartphone, boasting a sleek design, durability, and powerful specifications. It has impressive impact resistance and water resistance capabilities.

On December 12, 2024, the HONOR Magic V3 foldable smartphone was officially launched and went on sale in the Vietnamese market, priced at 39.99 million VND.

With a thickness of just 4.35mm when unfolded and 9.2mm when folded, the Magic V3 is 30% thinner than its competitor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6. It also boasts an IPX8 water resistance rating, on par with the Galaxy Z Fold6.

Both screens of the Honor Magic V3 utilize premium LTPO OLED panels, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. The main screen measures 7.92 inches, while the secondary screen is 6.43 inches.

The camera setup is another strong suit of the Honor Magic V3, featuring large sensors, wide apertures, and high resolutions. The triple rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel main camera and a periscope lens, both with OIS stabilization and a 50-megapixel resolution. The ultra-wide camera has a 40-megapixel resolution.

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and offers two RAM options: 12GB and 16GB. The Honor Magic V3 has a maximum internal storage capacity of 1TB. It houses a 5,150mAh battery and supports 66W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
