Previously, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province, had a plan to forcibly revoke land from Mr. Nguyen Van Hoe and Mrs. Hoang Thi Mung, residing in Phu Hoa village, Phu Thuy commune. The land in question is Lot 42, Map Sheet 1 in Phu Thuy commune, covering an area of over 857 square meters.

The construction unit takes over the site and commences work.

This lot was identified as part of Lot 84, Map Sheet 1, Phu Thuy commune, for which the Department of Natural Resources and Environment had granted a certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land.

However, after a period of active propaganda and mobilization by the authorities, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoe and Mrs. Hoang Thi Mung voluntarily handed over the site before the Le Thuy District Land Revocation and Recovery Force carried out the decision to enforce the land recovery.

Immediately upon receiving the site from Mr. Hoe’s household, the project implementation unit promptly deployed equipment and manpower to initiate construction…

It is known that currently, about 100 meters of the North-South Expressway passing through Quang Binh province have not yet been handed over. However, the household in Truong Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, has received compensation, is completing their new home, and has requested until December 30 to move their belongings to their new home and hand over the site to the construction unit.
