These bonds have a term of 1 year, maturing on 31/12/2025. The fixed interest rate is 9.6% per annum, and interest will be paid in a lump sum at maturity.
According to its business registration, Real Estate TCO was established in June 2018 as TNHH MTV Consulting and Real Estate Trading TCO, headquartered at CDC building, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. Its main business line is real estate trading. The initial chartered capital was VND 50 billion, and the owner was TCO Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company. Mr. Tran Thanh Tu was the General Director and legal representative.
In April 2019, the owner changed to Viet An Trading and Development Investment Commercial Joint Stock Company, and the General Director and legal representative also changed to Ms. Do Thanh Hoa. Viet An was established in late 2013, with a current chartered capital of VND 2,768 billion. The capital contribution structure includes Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Hong Quan, holding 0.001%, General Director Ms. Trieu Thuy Linh holding 94.999%, Mr. Pham Khoi Nguyen holding 3%, and Mrs. Hoang Thi Ngan holding 2%.

After the change of ownership, Real Estate TCO‘s chartered capital increased from VND 50 billion to VND 2,000 billion in April 2019. In November 2019, the company also transitioned to a joint-stock company model. However, in March 2022, the chartered capital was halved to VND 1,000 billion. |
The current legal representatives of Real Estate TCO are Mr. Ngo Manh Trung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Nguyen Linh Phuong, General Director.
Real Estate TCO is the investor of the high-rise apartment project on the F4-CH02, F4-CH02-CX, and F4-CX02 land plots belonging to the Tay Mo – Dai Mo – Vinhomes Park urban area project (commercially known as LUMIÈRE Evergreen) in Tay Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
The project has a total area of 21,727m2 and consists of 3 blocks of 39-story buildings, comprising a total of 2,294 apartments. The project developer is Masterise Homes, a subsidiary of the Masterise Group.
In September 2024, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced that 1,332 apartments in the LUMIÈRE Evergreen project met the conditions for future real estate formation.
