On December 31, 2024, the People’s Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision to adjust and supplement the land price list in the area for the 2020-2024 period, effective from January 1, 2025.

According to the new land price list, Bach Dang Street (along the Han River) is the most expensive street in Da Nang, with prices ranging from over VND 148 million to more than VND 286.5 million per square meter depending on the section.

Specifically, the section from Le Duan to Nguyen Van Linh Street has a price of up to VND 286.5 million per square meter, the highest in Da Nang, 2.9 times higher than the old land price list (according to Decision No. 09/2020/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2020, of the People’s Committee of Da Nang City). The section from Nguyen Du to Le Duan Street has a price of nearly VND 267 million per square meter, 2.7 times higher than the old price.

Several other streets in Da Nang also have land prices exceeding VND 100 million per square meter. For example, 2/9 Street has a price range of nearly VND 52-128 million, an increase of 10-30% compared to the old price list, depending on the section.

Do Ba Street, from Vo Nguyen Giap to Le Quang Dao, has a price of nearly VND 119 million per square meter, a 20% increase. Hoang Hoa Tham and Hoang Van Thu Streets have prices of nearly VND 109 million per square meter, a 10% increase. Ho Nghinh Street has a price range of VND 85-128 million per square meter, with the section from Vo Van Kiet to Morrison having the highest price of over VND 128 million per square meter, a 30% increase.

Nguyen Van Linh Street has a price range of nearly VND 99-178 million per square meter. Notably, the section from Phan Thanh to Bach Dang Street has the highest price of nearly VND 178 million per square meter, a 56% increase.

Tran Phu Street has a price range of nearly VND 85-198 million per square meter. The sections from Le Duan to Tran Quoc Toan (excluding the area around the tunnel) and from Tran Quoc Toan to Nguyen Van Linh have the highest price range, double the old price list. Vo Nguyen Giap Street has a price range of VND 83-188 million per square meter, with the section from Vo Van Kiet to Pham Van Dong having the highest price, a 90% increase.

Furthermore, the lowest price in the adjusted land price list of Da Nang is over VND 1.7 million per square meter, located in an alley on Dang Chat Street in Da Son 2, Thanh Vinh, which is equivalent to the previous price.
