On January 23 morning, the Ha Nam Auction Service Center will auction 59 land lots owned by the Ly Nhan District Land Development Center.
The auction will take place in Tien Thang commune, Ly Nhan district, with lot sizes ranging from 124.3 to 192.9 sq. m. Starting prices range from VND 330,000 to VND 550,000 per sq. m, equivalent to more than VND 41.5 million to over VND 106 million per lot.
The deadline for document sale and registration for the auction is 5:00 pm on January 17.
The auction will be open to individuals with a need and eligibility to participate through direct ballot at the auction until there are no more bidders. The auction will follow an ascending price format.
The first bid increment from the starting price is VND 3 million per sq. m, and subsequent bid increments are VND 1 million per sq. m.
The auction will be held at the Tien Thang Commune People’s Committee hall.

Also in Ly Nhan district, on the same morning, the Ha Nam Auction Service Center will auction 70 other land lots, also owned by the Ly Nhan District Land Development Center.
The 70 auction lots are located in Dao Ly commune, with lot sizes ranging from 124.3 to 198.2 sq. m. Starting prices range from VND 576,000 to VND 720,000 per sq. m, equivalent to more than VND 71.5 million to over VND 142.7 million per lot.
The deadline for document sale and registration is 5:00 pm on January 20.
Participants must submit their deposit by 5:00 pm on January 20 into the bank account of the Ha Nam Auction Service Center. Registered participants can agree with the Ha Nam Auction Service Center to replace the deposit with a bank guarantee.
The auction will be conducted through direct ballot at the auction until there are no more bidders, following an ascending price format. The first bid increment from the starting price is VND 5 million per sq. m, and subsequent bid increments are VND 2 million per sq. m.
The auction will take place at the Dao Ly Commune People’s Committee hall.
Subsequently, on the morning of January 24, the Ha Nam Auction Service Center will auction 74 land lots owned by the Ly Nhan District Land Development Center, located in Nguyen Ly commune, with lot sizes ranging from 114.3 to 186.6 sq. m.
Starting prices range from VND 480,000 to VND 00,000 per sq. m, equivalent to VND 60.4 million to over VND 109 million per lot.
The deadline for document sale and registration is 5:00 pm on January 21.
Participants must submit their deposit into the bank account of the Ha Nam Auction Service Center. Registered participants can agree with the Ha Nam Auction Service Center to replace the deposit with a bank guarantee.
