On March 20, the Partnership Auction Company of Dong Nam (Ho Chi Minh City) promulgated the regulations on auctioning the land-use rights for an area in Dong Nai province.

The asset up for auction is the land-use right for the Long Giao Industrial Cluster, spanning nearly 60 hectares in Long Giao town and Xuan Duong commune, Cam My district. The starting price for this plot of land is over VND 788 billion.

The auction will be conducted through direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 5 rounds; the auction method is to increase the bid.

The time frame for selling the invitation documents, receiving applications, and registering for the auction is from March 20 to April 9 during office hours. The auction company will be in charge of selling and receiving the documents.

Eligible participants include individuals and organizations with relevant needs, financial capabilities, and compliance with legal regulations.

The auction is scheduled to take place at 2 pm on April 25. The anticipated venue is the Dong Nam Auction Company’s Bien Hoa branch.

Within two working days after a successful auction, the Dong Nai Land Development Center will prepare the necessary documents and submit them to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for approval by the Provincial People’s Committee regarding the recognition of auction results for land-use rights.

The outcome will be communicated to the provincial authorities in charge of land management, the Dong Nai Land Development Center, the tax agency, and the winning bidder of the land-use rights.

This is the first plot of land to be auctioned out of a total of 37 planned for 2025, as per the schedule for auctioning land-use rights in Dong Nai province.
