Vinhomes Wonder City (Vinhomes Dan Phuong) has already made its mark in the real estate market due to its impressive scale and rapid construction progress. However, the much-anticipated game-changer for the project is the slew of key transportation infrastructure gradually taking shape around the area.

Most recently, on March 26, the leaders of Dan Phuong district were present to oversee and direct the construction of the Tay Thang Long Boulevard section from the intersection of Provincial Road 422 to Tay Tuu. According to the plan, by April 6, 2025, this project will commence construction.

This is one of the key transportation projects in the region. Upon completion, the 10-lane boulevard will not only enhance inter-regional connectivity but also provide a significant boost to the development of infrastructure and real estate in western Hanoi. For instance, the road runs right next to the Vinhomes Wonder City project, an important factor that will improve regional connectivity and enhance the value of the urban area in the future.

Moreover, in just over a month, another strategic “infrastructure spearhead” will officially emerge. This is the Vanh Dai 4 – Vung Thu Do Expressway project, which is expected to commence construction on May 19.

Specifically, the Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a document on implementing the direction of the Prime Minister at the 16th meeting of the National Steering Committee for important national projects and key transport projects. Regarding the Vanh Dai 4 – Vung Thu Do Road, the Hanoi People’s Committee requested that the People’s Committees of some districts urgently implement the direction of the Prime Minister and the city.

The Project Management Board for Transport Construction Investment Projects is responsible for preparing sufficient dossiers and procedures to enable immediate implementation once the investor is selected. The completion of these procedures will ensure the project’s commencement on May 19, in line with the set plan.

According to the design, the road will have six lanes, a parallel road system on both sides, a green corridor, technical infrastructure, and reserved land for the belt railway. The design speed of the road is 100 km/h.

Out of the total 57 km in Hanoi, the 6.3 km section of Vanh Dai 4 – Vung Thu Do in Dan Phuong district passes through four communes: Hong Ha, Lien Hong, Ha Mo, Tan Hoi, and Phung Town. Similar to Tay Thang Long Boulevard, this Vanh Dai 4 section is also located near Vinhomes Wonder City, contributing to the formation of a dual infrastructure axis surrounding the project.

With its proximity to both Tay Thang Long Boulevard and Vanh Dai 4, Vinhomes Wonder City occupies a rare position where two strategic infrastructure axes converge. This not only facilitates quick connections to the center or neighboring provinces for residents but also opens up significant growth potential for real estate values in the future.
