This superior branch is designed as a “smart financial experience center,” where customers can quickly transact through integrated digital technology platforms such as eKYC, e-Signature, and iDO. As a result, processes are streamlined, manual interventions are minimized, and personalization is enhanced. The branch’s personnel are also elevated, shifting from a traditional model with multiple tellers to a focus on developing financial experts who accompany customers on their journey of creating and preserving wealth.
