Companies Finalizing Cash Dividend Payouts for the Week of 04/21/2025 – 04/25/2025

The most prominent company in terms of both quality and quantity for the upcoming week is FOX, a telecommunications enterprise associated with the tech giant FPT. With over 492.5 million circulating shares, FOX is expected to disburse nearly VND 1,480 billion in dividends to its shareholders. The ex-dividend date is set for April 25th, and the dividends are anticipated to reach shareholders by June 6th, 2025.

Notably, the parent company, SCIC, which holds 50.17% of the capital, will receive approximately VND 743 billion. The major shareholder, FPT, with a 45.66% stake, will also collect VND 676 billion.

In March 2025, FOX also distributed the first installment of 2024 dividends at a rate of 20%, corresponding to an actual payout of VND 985 billion. Thus, the total dividend rate offered by FOX for the year 2024 stands at 50%.

The second most notable company for the upcoming week is PAT, a subsidiary of Duc Giang Chemical Group (HOSE: DGC). With a dividend rate of 25% (each share receives VND 2,500) and 25 million circulating shares, PAT is required to allocate VND 62.5 billion for the remaining 2024 dividend payout. The ex-dividend date is April 24th, and the payment is expected to be made by May 9th.

Previously, PAT had paid an interim dividend for the first installment of 2024 in mid-November 2024, with a rate of 70% (each share received VND 7,000). Therefore, after the remaining 25% dividend payout, the Company will have disbursed a total of nearly VND 238 billion to fulfill its 2024 dividend plan, amounting to a 95% dividend rate. However, this dividend rate is the lowest compared to the past three years.

In addition to TCL, which will finalize the dividend payout at a rate of 23.64%, there are three other companies that will finalize dividends at a rate of 20% next week: EID, GEE, and VGR.

Next week, two companies will finalize the dividend payout in shares: NSL (25%) and SHS (5%). The corresponding ex-dividend dates are April 22nd and 24th, respectively.
