Sustainable Industrial Development: Unveiling the Tràng Duệ 3 Project in Hải Phòng
On the afternoon of May 11, in An Lão district, Hải Phòng, Sài Gòn-Hải Phòng Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Kinh Bắc City Development Corporation – HOSE: KBC) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction and infrastructure business investment project of Tràng Duệ 3 Industrial Park.
Spanning an area of 652.73 hectares in Trường Thành, Trường Thọ, An Tiến, and Bát Trang communes (An Lão district), within the Đình Vũ – Cát Hải Economic Zone, Tràng Duệ 3 Industrial Park boasts a total investment of over VND 8,000 billion and an operational duration of 50 years, commencing from the date of approval by the Prime Minister.

Tràng Duệ 3 Industrial Park aims to become a hub for high-tech, electronics, electric vehicle, and environmentally friendly auxiliary industries. The two previous industrial parks developed by Kinh Bắc, Tràng Duệ 1 and 2, have successfully attracted over 100 projects with a total investment of nearly $11 billion, including large-scale production complexes of the LG Group.
During the event, Kinh Bắc also signed memorandums of understanding for land lease in Tràng Duệ 3 Industrial Park with numerous customers, marking a significant step forward in the development of this ambitious project.
