Hoài Đức District People’s Committee discloses a list of constructions that have not undergone fire protection inspection
The People’s Committee of Hoai Duc District has recently published a list of 194 constructions that have been operational without undergoing the necessary fire protection inspection, as per Decree No. 50/2024/ND-CP, dated May 10, 2024.
Among the listed constructions are a significant number of government offices, schools, companies, and restaurants. Notably, Van Con commune alone accounts for 16 karaoke establishments that have been operating without the required fire protection inspection, including Let Sinh, 3 Sao, Pho Dem, Dubai, and more. These establishments have been ordered to cease operations by the authorities.

Additionally, several companies within the district’s industrial clusters, such as Lai Xa and Lai Yen, have also been operating without fire protection inspections. Examples include Tan Hoang Long Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Thang Long Electrical Wire and Cable Co., Ltd., and more.
Furthermore, numerous schools and government offices, such as Song Phuong A and B Kindergartens and Van Con C Kindergarten, have been operating without the necessary fire protection inspections. Some of these establishments have been partially or fully suspended by the authorities.
Previously, the People’s Committee of Ha Dong District also disclosed a list of 120 establishments that had not undergone fire protection inspections as mandated by the aforementioned decree. The list included a significant number of schools and educational institutions, as well as high-rise buildings and office towers.
The disclosure of these lists by the district authorities underscores the importance of fire protection measures and the need for strict adherence to safety regulations. It serves as a reminder to construction owners and operators to prioritize fire safety and ensure that their establishments meet the necessary standards to protect the lives and property of occupants and the surrounding community.
