Investigations revealed that H.W.Y, a Taiwanese national, was the director of Ame Global and directly oversaw the marketing and sales of a product called “Ngau Chuong Chi,” a dietary supplement for health-conscious individuals and those seeking financial growth. Ame Global is headquartered in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, with a subsidiary named Win All Trading Co., Ltd. (also known as Ame Global Vietnam) based in Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Ame Global’s business model, participants were required to open an account on the website www.ameglobal888.com using a referral link. By investing approximately VND 14.8 million, they would receive a product called “Ngau Chuong Chi.” The scheme was structured in a binary format, with each participant having two branches under them, extending up to 20 levels.

Investors were promised daily bonuses of 10% of the global revenue (up to USD 1,000 or VND 25 million), regardless of whether they recruited new participants or built a downline. Additionally, they were eligible for a filling bonus of up to 20 levels, equivalent to 5% of the total income from their 20-level downline.

In the scheme, an investor (F0) has three direct downlines: F1, F2, and F3. F0 is entitled to 50% of F1’s income, 30% of F2’s income, and 20% of F3’s income. On top of that, participants could earn various other bonuses and commissions, including leadership bonus (14%), training center bonus (5.5%), and leadership sharing bonus (28%).
