At Shinhan Life Vietnam, our community engagement activities and corporate social responsibility initiatives are always among our top priorities. Apart from our regular support for pediatric cancer patients, which includes hospital visit expenses, gifts, and free meals for patients and their families, Shinhan Life Vietnam also places a special focus on educational investment programs. We believe in providing opportunities and access to knowledge for children and teenagers, fostering sustainable development.
The first phase of our S-Career 2025 career guidance program was successfully implemented at two high schools: Chuyen Bao Loc High School (April 16-18, 2025) and Tac Van High School in Ca Mau province (May 19-21, 2025). Nearly 800 students and over 70 teachers enthusiastically participated in the program at these two schools.
Based on the actual needs and survey results from the schools, the program focuses on direct engagement with students, providing them with the necessary information and support to make informed career decisions. Additionally, S-Career offers effective tools and methods to teachers, empowering them to guide their students effectively in career exploration.
The program’s framework comprises a concise theoretical overview, practical application, and a Q&A session. Its primary goal is to equip students with comprehensive information, making it easier for them to choose a suitable career path and ultimately, “Choose the right major and do the right job.”

Therefore, the S-Career program is designed to equip high school students with valuable knowledge and tools to uncover their true potential and make well-informed career choices. This foundation empowers them to confidently chart feasible development directions and seek suitable career opportunities in the future.”
Building on the success of the 2024 program, which created an open and beneficial platform for nearly 1,400 students and over 150 teachers over two months, Shinhan Life and SIF Career aim to extend the reach of the S-Career program in 2025. They hope to continue spreading its practical and positive impact to even more high school students, supporting and accompanying the younger generation on their journey of career exploration and success.
