On June 11, Ho Chi Minh City police announced that they are investigating the dumping of a large quantity of health supplements near Nguyen Van Linh Street, Phong Phu Ward, Binh Chanh District.
Specifically, the police have identified five locations with boxes labeled as health supplements, totaling approximately 95 types and over 3,400 boxes.

Health supplements that were not destroyed in time
Based on the evidence collected at the scene, the police traced and initially identified N.M.L. (born in 1992) as the person responsible for dumping the supplements at the aforementioned locations.
Mr. L. confessed that on the morning of May 28, through an acquaintance, he was offered a job to clear a warehouse. He was then contacted by someone named S., who asked him to transport and dispose of or burn some goods.

Mr. S. stated that the goods originated from purchases made from MediUSA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Mediphar Pharmaceutical Joint Venture Company through the Vietnam-France Joint Venture Company from mid-2023 onwards.
He bought about 150 types of products worth approximately VND 20 billion. In late April 2025, through the media, Mr. S. learned that the two companies had been handled by the Ministry of Public Security for trading in counterfeit health supplements. As a result, he decided to recall and destroy the products, with an estimated value of VND 500 million.
Mr. S. admitted that there were some goods that had not been destroyed yet, including 14 types of health supplements returned by customers. These goods were located at the headquarters of Natural Care Green Health Company Limited and another location in Binh Chanh District.
All of these goods, totaling more than 3,600 boxes labeled with over 100 types of health supplements, were voluntarily handed over to the police. They were all products of MediUSA and Mediphar.
According to Ho Chi Minh City police, Mr. S.’s business is related to the case of MediUSA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Mediphar Pharmaceutical Joint Venture Company, which was investigated, prosecuted, and initiated by the Economic Police Department on April 26.
