The GIA by KITA project is being developed on nearly 22 hectares of land, meticulously planned with over 400 luxurious villas, 10 towers of upscale apartments, and a diverse range of international-standard utilities.
According to KITA Group, projects CT05 and CT06 boast a collection of ultra-luxury apartments with a 360-degree panoramic view of the 65-hectare super park, the “green lung” of the capital.
