The capital for the project will be sourced from equity, loans, and other legitimate means. The preparation and construction period is set at 26 months from the effective date of the project contract.
The first phase of the project will feature four lanes and an emergency lane, designed for a speed of 100km/h. The road aims to facilitate regional connectivity and enhance the efficiency of expressways, national highways, and transportation links between the Long Thanh International Airport and other provinces in the key southern economic region.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Becamex IDC (representing the contractor), emphasized the strategic importance of the Ring Road 4 as the backbone connecting the east and west of the province and the region. It will expedite access to seaports and international airports such as Cai Mep – Thi Vai and Long Thanh.

The winning bidder for the project is a joint venture comprising the Industrial and Urban Development Investment Corporation (Becamex IDC), Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex IJC), and Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company.
In addition to the Ring Road 4 groundbreaking, Binh Duong province also inaugurated internal provincial roads DT743, DT746, and DT747B, contributing to the completion of its modern transportation network in this industrial hub.
