From a pristine and quiet coastline to a vibrant and bustling destination, CaraWorld has proven its appeal for both tourism and investment potential.

On June 14, the atmosphere at Bai Dai, Cam Ranh, was buzzing with excitement as nearly 5,000 locals, tourists, and investors flocked to CaraWorld to participate in the CaraWorld Summer Hits festival, marking the official launch of the CaraBeach sea park. For the first time, this once serene beach transformed into a youthful, vibrant, and energetic hub.

Setting a Record: Vietnam’s Largest Beachside Outdoor Event

At the “CaraWorld Summer Hits 2025” festival, held at CaraBeach sea park in CaraWorld (Bai Dai, Cam Ranh), the organizers, in collaboration with the Record Verification Committee, officially recorded that from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, there were 2,855 participants enjoying beachside picnics and engaging in vibrant outdoor festival activities on a grand scale. However, after 4:30 PM, as the weather cooled down, the number of visitors continued to surge, reaching nearly 5,000.

From the early morning, a long line of cars made their way to CaraWorld.

From 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, a range of exciting activities took place, including sightseeing and check-ins, beachside picnics, a grand culinary feast, and sea sports experiences. The highlight of the event was the colorful Carnival procession and the captivating musical stage performances.

With an impressive number of participants, CaraWorld Summer Hits 2025 officially set a record recognized by the Vietnam Records Organization for having the “Largest number of participants in a beachside picnic event in Vietnam”. This event not only created a special mark for the summer in Cam Ranh but also solidified CaraWorld’s prominent position on the map of Vietnam’s tourism and entertainment industry.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuong Van, Vice Secretary-General and Head of the International Department of the Vietnam Records Organization, shared her thoughts: “The CaraWorld Summer Hits 2025 festival has brought a vibrant and energetic atmosphere to CaraBeach sea park in CaraWorld, Cam Ranh, attracting thousands of people to enjoy the summer, connect with the community, and spread positive vibes.”

This record not only celebrates the pristine beauty of Bai Dai Beach, ranked among the Top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, but also affirms CaraWorld’s mission of sustainable development, contributing to the creation of an international-standard coastal city where cultural, natural, and human values harmoniously converge and thrive.

Infusing New Life and Attracting Investments to the Coastal Metropolis

The recent official opening of CaraBeach sea park in CaraWorld marks the first step in a journey to shape CaraWorld into a model coastal metropolis alongside Bai Dai Beach. With a development strategy that combines residential, resort, and entertainment elements, CaraWorld is steadily establishing itself as a new focal point for both tourism and the central region’s resort real estate market.

The CaraWorld Summer Hits festival connects the community, locals, and tourists in Cam Ranh.

Mr. Hoang Ngoc Trinh, a visitor from Nghe An, enthusiastically shared: “Every summer, I visit Cam Ranh to see my children and grandchildren, but this year, I was surprised to discover this magnificent and breathtaking location, which is not only a source of pride for the people of Cam Ranh but also for all of Vietnam.”

According to the representative of KN Cam Ranh, the investor, the opening of the sea park is just the beginning of CaraWorld’s comprehensive development strategy. In the next phase, a range of large-scale amenities will be implemented and put into operation, including a culinary paradise, a water park, an outlet village, a central square, and the Cara Zoodoo zoo. All these facilities are designed to create a harmonious ecosystem, contributing to the transformation of Cam Ranh into a new destination on Vietnam’s tourism map.

Once a peaceful “resort capital,” Bai Dai, Cam Ranh, is now evolving into a vibrant hub, attracting residents and investors alike. Tourists are drawn to its allure, locals feel a sense of pride in its growth, and investors are taking note of its distinct growth potential.

CaraWorld is gradually shaping a completely new coastal lifestyle in Cam Ranh. It is a place where the community connects, tourism flourishes, and investment opportunities arise from the positive transformations taking place in this dynamic region.
