As part of its strategy to diversify expertise and experience within its senior leadership team, Tasco has appointed new members with deep expertise in technology, system architecture, and risk management to its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The goal is to drive innovation and creativity through diverse perspectives, offering breakthrough solutions to realize the strategic focus of “Vertical integration, connecting the One Tasco system with partners, serving customers throughout the product and service lifecycle,” with strong technological support.
Mr. Ngo Duc Vu, currently Chairman of the Board of Savico, joins Tasco as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. With his leadership and management experience in large corporations, Mr. Vu will contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies, improving the operational efficiency of the core strategic areas of the system.

Mr. Hoang Minh Hung, with nearly 20 years of experience in information technology, will work with the Executive Committee to lead digital transformation initiatives at Tasco. The focus is on optimizing the supply chain, enhancing service quality, and improving customer experience through advanced technologies in automation, artificial intelligence, and big data. With a customer-centric digital foundation, the company will gradually expand its product and service ecosystem, flexibly catering to the needs of millions of users.

Prior to joining Tasco, Mr. Hung served as General Director at DNP Water JSC and successfully led digital transformation efforts in a series of water companies within the system. He also served as a senior advisory member of the Tasco Technology Committee since 2024, dedicating significant time to optimizing data in the automotive and intelligent transportation infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Hung also spent several years in research and development, consulting on solution architecture, and implementing application systems in the field of telecommunications and essential infrastructure at FPT IS LLC.
In this transition, Mr. Ho Viet Ha will step down as General Director and continue his association with Tasco as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on strategic projects related to luxury vehicles and expanding international partnerships.
In 2024, Tasco recorded consolidated revenue of VND 30,249 billion, a growth of 175%, and consolidated after-tax profit of VND 305 billion, an increase of 441% over the previous year. The automotive services segment remained the main growth driver, with sales of 40,555 vehicles and a network of 126 showrooms. For the 2025 business plan, Tasco aims for revenue of VND 39,878 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 571 billion, corresponding to growth rates of 31.8% and 87.2% over the previous year, respectively, further solidifying its position and sustainable development in the automotive industry.
