Trading Performance of DGW Stock

Since June 2025, shares of Digiworld JSC (HOSE: DGW) have seen strong net buying from foreign investors. With a net buying value of VND668 billion, the stock ranks fourth among the most favored stocks by foreign investors.

As a result, foreign ownership in Digiworld increased significantly from 18.8% to 26.5% within just one month. However, no party has announced reaching the 5% threshold to become a major shareholder of the company.

The inflow of foreign capital caused a sharp rise in the DGW stock price over a short period, recovering to the price range of late 2024.

Digiworld’s business performance in the first quarter of this year was positive, with an 11% increase in revenue and a 15% rise in profit compared to the same period last year, despite a slowdown in the phone distribution segment.

Amid potential impacts on consumer spending due to international trade fluctuations, Digiworld’s management has set ambitious targets for 2025, aiming for a 15% growth in revenue and an 18% increase in net profit.

At the annual meeting two months ago, DGW‘s Chairman, Mr. Doan Hong Viet, announced plans to expand into new product categories, including office equipment, home appliances, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to support the company’s growth targets. Digiworld’s representatives also revealed that they are in negotiations to enter the automotive trade industry, without providing further details.
