On August 2nd, in Tan Ngai Ward, Vinh Long Province, Saigon Co.op Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SCID), in collaboration with Thanh Do Construction Group Joint Stock Company, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the SenseFesti Vinh Long Shopping Center project. The project is expected to become a new highlight for shopping, entertainment, and culinary experiences in the Mekong Delta region.

The project includes a large-scale shopping center and hypermarket, featuring renowned brands

Strategically located on Tan Vinh Thuan Street, at the gateway to the province’s new administrative center, and situated between the key My Thuan 1 and 2 bridges, the project also enjoys proximity to the Ho Chi Minh City-Can Tho expressway.

In addition to its advantageous transportation connections, SenseFesti Vinh Long boasts a rare feng shui location next to the romantic Co Chien river, enhancing the area’s landscape and living environment.

With a total investment of nearly VND 1,000 billion and a construction area of 40,000 sq. m across two phases, SenseFesti Vinh Long integrates modern utilities. It comprises a large-scale shopping center and hypermarket with well-known brands, an outdoor water music stage for community events and festivals, a diverse culinary zone offering local specialties and international cuisine, and indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces catering to all ages.

The shopping center is expected to officially open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
