The Nam Khang Resort Residences, also known as Mandarin Oriental Danang, is a project by The Nam Khang JSC with a total area of nearly 17.3 hectares. It comprises 1-2-story villas, 60 residential villas, and auxiliary items, located in Ngu Hanh Son District, Danang City.

According to the announcement on July 5th by the Department of Construction, 18 future-formed villas of The Nam Khang Resort Residences (phase 1) are eligible for sale and lease-purchase.

Project illustration, as introduced, Mandarin Oriental will be launched in 2026.

Legal updates show that in 2007, the People’s Committee decided to revoke the land, granting The Nam Khang Company the land use and land lease rights to invest in the construction of the Coastal Resort; The 2021 Decision on the revocation of the land of The Nam Khang Company at the Coastal Resort project, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District; Decision on the revocation of land of The Nam Khang Company at the Future Property Invest sea access project, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District; Decision in 2023 on adjusting the land area, land lease, and land rent payment method for The Nam Khang Resort Residences project, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District. The Land Use Right Certificate, Ownership of Houses and Other Assets Attached to Land was granted in May 2011.

In 2014, The Nam Khang Resort Residences project was granted an investment certificate, but it was not until 2024 that it entered the construction phase to start legal sales. In March 2025, the project received Decision 780/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the first time by the City People’s Committee.

According to the investor’s report, The Nam Khang Resort Residences project is not currently mortgaged. The Department of Construction requires Nam Khang Company to be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of project information, including the Payment Guarantee Letter dated June 27, 2025, and the Amended Payment Guarantee Letter dated July 4, 2025, by Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Saigon Branch – Do Thanh Business Center.

As of October 2024, The Nam Khang has a charter capital of VND 630 billion, with Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep (Mr. Dinh Ba Thanh’s wife) as Director.
