Astra Honda Motor (AHM), the Honda joint venture in Indonesia, unveiled the 2025 Honda BeAT Street in late July, an upgraded version of the popular small-sized scooter in Southeast Asia.
Retaining its youthful and sporty style, the new model brings a fresh appeal with three color options, including the standout all-new Street White. The Honda BeAT has dimensions of 1,876 x 669 x 1,080 mm (length x width x height), a wheelbase of 1,255 mm, a ground clearance of 148 mm, a seat height of 742 mm, and a weight of 87 kg, making it well-suited for Southeast Asian riders.
The scooter features a sporty and rugged design with exposed handlebars and a high-mounted digital instrument cluster reminiscent of street bike models. This is a major draw for young riders, especially those who embrace a free and dynamic lifestyle. The 12-inch wheels with titanium-coated rims and wide tires enhance the overall bold and urban character of the scooter.
Despite its position in the affordable scooter segment, the Honda BeAT Street boasts notable features such as modern LED headlights, a convenient USB charging port, an anti-theft alarm system, a combined braking system, front disc and rear drum brakes, and telescopic front and single-shock rear suspension. However, a minor drawback is the use of a conventional key instead of a smart key.

Powering the Honda BeAT Street 2025 is the eSP SOHC 110cc engine, delivering a maximum power output of 8.8 hp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 9.2 Nm at 5,500 rpm. This engine is also found in other Honda scooters like the Vision and Genio, renowned for its durability, good acceleration, and fuel efficiency.
In fuel economy tests, the scooter achieved an impressive 60.6 km/l. With a 4.2-liter fuel tank, it offers a range of up to 250 km on a full tank, providing peace of mind for riders throughout the week without frequent refueling worries.
Priced at 19,801,000 IDR (approximately 31.7 million VND) in Indonesia, the Honda BeAT Street 2025 is significantly more affordable than the Honda Vision sold in Vietnam, which ranges from 30 to 35 million VND. Currently, the imported Honda BeAT 110 from Indonesia is available at Vietnamese dealerships with a price tag ranging from 23.9 to 24.9 million VND, depending on the variant.
