Master Plan of Phu Binh Industrial Park Project

The Phu Binh Industrial Park Project is located in Phu Binh, Kha Son, and Tan Thanh communes (the new commune names after the merger) in Thai Nguyen province, with a duration of 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy. The project is expected to be completed within 60 months from the date of land handover by the State.

The project is established in line with the master plan for the construction of the Phu Binh industrial-urban-service area by 2040, approved by the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen province on May 22, 2023. Accordingly, Phu Binh Industrial Park covers an area of approximately 675 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 11.5 trillion.

Located in the southeast of Thai Nguyen province, about 30km from the provincial administrative center, the project enjoys excellent connectivity with Hanoi’s Ring Road 5 (CT.39), a vital external traffic axis in the south of the project, designed as a six-lane expressway. It is also just 750m from the existing National Highway 37 to Bac Giang province.

Additionally, the industrial park is well-connected with other external roads, including Thai Nguyen Province’s Ring Road 2, DT.261D, DT.261E, and DT.269B, which are crucial transport axes in the province’s 2021-2030 planning period.

The project aims to develop a concentrated and diversified industrial park, primarily attracting high-tech, automation, and electronics industries, as well as environmentally friendly and resource-efficient clean industries. It also seeks to promote modern industrial technology, supporting industries with high added value, and low environmental impact.

It is understood that Phu Binh Industrial Park is one of the new projects that the Board of Directors and the General Director of KBC plan to establish in 2025. Other projects in the pipeline include the expansion of Que Vo Industrial Park 2 in Bac Ninh, Binh Giang Industrial Park in Hai Duong, Song Hau 2 Industrial Park in Hau Giang, and Tien Duong 2 social housing project in Dong Anh, Hanoi.
