Recently, the leaders of Ninh Binh province had a meeting with Aeon Vietnam LLC.

The Ninh Binh provincial leaders welcomed Mr. Hagino Tatsuya, Senior Director of Project Development and Construction at Aeon Vietnam LLC, to the meeting.

The provincial leaders shared that after the merger, the new Ninh Binh province spans nearly 4,000 square kilometers with a population of over 4.4 million people, making it one of the largest provinces in the country in terms of economy and population. This is a significant advantage for attracting investments, especially in commercial and service projects.

Regarding Aeon Vietnam LLC, the province has granted permission to build a commercial center in Phu Ly ward and requested the company to promptly complete the necessary procedures to commence construction.

Ninh Binh province hopes that the company will continue to survey and decide to invest in building commercial centers in Nam Dinh ward and Hoa Lu ward.

Mr. Hagino Tatsuya expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from the Ninh Binh provincial leaders. Regarding the progress of the company’s commercial center project in Phu Ly ward, he reported that the company is currently in the process of obtaining a construction permit and preparing the necessary conditions to commence construction in September 2025.

It is known that the Aeon Phu Ly Commercial Center project has a total expected investment of approximately 35 million USD, equivalent to 875 billion VND. Once completed, the Aeon Phu Ly Commercial Center is expected to become a modern shopping, entertainment, and recreational destination, meeting the needs of local residents and those in neighboring areas.

In the coming time, the company will also conduct surveys for potential commercial center locations in Nam Dinh ward and Hoa Lu ward. Mr. Hagino Tatsuya shared that the company looks forward to continued support and facilitation from Ninh Binh province.

Concluding the meeting, the Ninh Binh provincial leaders appreciated the investment decision of Aeon Vietnam LLC. The company’s proposals and recommendations will be directed to the functional sectors and local authorities for coordination and implementation, ensuring favorable conditions for the company to commence the commercial center project in Phu Ly ward as planned.

Regarding the survey for potential investment in commercial centers in Nam Dinh ward and Hoa Lu ward, the province will also create the best conditions and prioritize favorable locations for the company’s investment.
