According to the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, with the close and timely direction of Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the support and guidance of central ministries and sectors, some stagnant projects in the province have overcome challenges, creating favorable conditions for the projects to continue implementation, gradually unlocking social investment resources, contributing to the state budget, and strengthening enterprises’ belief in the province’s socio-economic development policies and investment environment.

As of early August 2025, Dong Nai province still had nearly 260 projects facing difficulties and obstacles, with a scale of 18,111 hectares and a total investment of over VND 106,240 billion.

Completing the task of resolving difficulties and obstacles for stagnant projects in 2025 will help create a large resource for the province’s socio-economic development goals.

Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the members of the Steering Committee 751 considered and provided specific guidance on tasks to address difficulties and obstacles for projects and project groups in Dong Nai province that need to be focused on.

In the afternoon of the same day, Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh inspected and directly examined some projects with difficulties and obstacles in Dong Nai province.
