Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh Works to Resolve Difficulties for Dong Nai’s Projects
On August 4, Politburo member and Permanent Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, head of the Steering Committee 751, worked with the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to address challenges faced by projects in the province.

According to the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, with the close and timely direction of Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the support and guidance of central ministries and sectors, some stagnant projects in the province have overcome challenges, creating favorable conditions for the projects to continue implementation, gradually unlocking social investment resources, contributing to the state budget, and strengthening enterprises’ belief in the province’s socio-economic development policies and investment environment.
As of early August 2025, Dong Nai province still had nearly 260 projects facing difficulties and obstacles, with a scale of 18,111 hectares and a total investment of over VND 106,240 billion.
At the working session, Vice Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested Dong Nai province to consider the task of resolving difficulties and obstacles for stagnant projects in the province as an especially important political task.
Completing the task of resolving difficulties and obstacles for stagnant projects in 2025 will help create a large resource for the province’s socio-economic development goals.
