The Non-Financial Large Cap group comprises top non-financial enterprises among the 100 largest companies by market capitalization, as determined by the VS-Market Cap Index methodology. It includes businesses from all sectors except banking, securities, and insurance.
These companies have excelled in two rigorous quantitative surveys on information disclosure, corporate governance, and professional IR practices.

Two Prestigious Categories for IR Awards 2025
The IR Awards 2025 finale features two main voting categories. The “Most Beloved Investor” category is open for online voting by individual investors, reflecting their trust and engagement with the companies. This group of investors is increasingly influential in stock market fluctuations and valuations.
The “Most Appreciated by Financial Institutions” category involves independent scoring from nearly 40 domestic and foreign fund management companies and securities companies. The professional criteria include seven pillars: information disclosure quality, IR website, financial strategy and communication, IR activities for organizations, and corporate governance.

IR Awards 2025: 15 Years of Promoting IR Best Practices in Vietnam
Organized annually since 2011, the IR Awards is a program by Vietstock, in collaboration with the VAFE Association and the FiLi Electronic Magazine, to honor listed companies with the best IR practices.
Over the past 15 years, the IR Awards has not only become a reference standard for information disclosure but has also contributed to promoting a culture of transparency and modern corporate governance in Vietnam’s stock market.
The IR Awards 2025 Ceremony is expected to be held in Ho Chi Minh City in September 2025, where the companies with the best IR practices for the year will be officially announced, recognized, and evaluated by the investor community and professional financial institutions.
