In terms of technical infrastructure, the land has completed the site clearance phase and is fully equipped with technical infrastructure. The building is planned to have 22 to 30 floors above ground.

The plot enjoys convenient access to major roads such as Vo Van Kiet, Ngo Quyen, and Dong Giang, as well as a 5-meter-wide concrete road. It is also located near the Dragon Bridge and the Son Tra Night Market, two popular attractions in Da Nang that draw a large number of tourists.

Not long before, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee Phan Thai Binh approved the auction plan for the land use right of a 17,185-square-meter plot, labeled A2-1, in the Tuyen Son residential area, Ngu Hanh Son Ward. The starting price was set at nearly VND 53 million per square meter. The current status of the land and the area’s infrastructure has completed compensation, support, and resettlement; the project area has connected transportation infrastructure and completed technical infrastructure. The function of the works on the land is a commercial center combined with other service functions (office, hotel, accommodation services…).

The total expected investment of the project is over VND 2,000 billion, with the investment capital coming from the winner of the land auction. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months from the date of the City People’s Committee’s decision to lease the land. The auction is planned to take place in the fourth quarter of 2025.

In addition, the City People’s Committee also approved the auction plan for the land use right of plot A1 of the Bach Dang Dong end resettlement area project in Son Tra Ward, with a starting price of VND 38.9 million per square meter and a deposit of over VND 88.4 billion.
