The Hanoi People’s Committee has recently approved the Me Linh
Premium Urban Area project, with Sun Group as the investor. The
project is located in Quang Minh commune, formerly Me Linh, Dai
Thinh, and Thanh Lam communes in Me Linh district.

With a total investment of nearly VND 15,000 billion, the 205-hectare
project will serve approximately 21,000 residents. It is expected
to be implemented in the 2025-2030 period with a 50-year term.
This is considered a decisive step towards realizing the planning
for the development of satellite cities in the north of Hanoi.

The project boasts a large land fund of 205 hectares, with 65% of the
area dedicated to landscapes, exhibition centers, and flower
museums.

Sun Group allocates approximately 70 hectares for urban residential
land, developing a range of segments including townhouses, villas,
and high-rise apartments to cater to diverse needs. The Me Linh
Premium Urban Area integrates comprehensive amenities: schools,
polyclinics, sports fields, and agricultural markets – aiming for
a high and modern quality of life.

The Me Linh Premium Urban Area project is located near the Ring Road
4 and the under-construction Ring Road 3.5. Additionally,
transportation infrastructure in Me Linh is being strongly invested
in to facilitate travel to Noi Bai International Airport (8 km
away) and the city center (about 30 km).

The project is also located opposite HUD Me Linh, which features a
complex of low-rise apartments, social housing, and a range of other
amenities.

Currently, the project area is mostly agricultural land and vacant
land that has not been exploited. The development of the Me Linh
Premium Urban Area will contribute to a more synchronized urban
landscape in the north.

Notably, the project allocates space for landscapes and the
preservation of Me Linh’s flower culture. This unique feature
contributes to the construction of a high-quality ecological urban
model.

The formation of a synchronized urban area in Me Linh will contribute
to the realization of the Hanoi Master Plan to 2030. It will help
distribute the population, reduce pressure on the inner city, and
efficiently utilize the vast and potential land resources in the
area.
