An event marking the transformation of a land rich in potential into a vibrant cultural, tourist, and investment destination in the southern region of Ho Chi Minh City.

A City of Cultural Fusion

In recent days, information about the event “Unleashing the Heritage – Stepping into a New Era” organized by T&T Group in the Millennium City has been heating up.

One of the unique highlights of the event is the subtle “touch point” between architecture and art, as the grand urban area of T&T City Millennia transforms into a multi-layered and experiential “performance stage”. Aside from the main stage set at the central square, dense layers of art have already emerged to complement and create a harmonious and vibrant fusion.

The first “stage” is called the Millennia Journey pedestrian street. Here, architecture and art intertwine to narrate the story of Marco Polo, the legendary Italian explorer, and merchant. In the 13th century, he was one of the first Europeans to reach China via the Silk Road. His grand voyage led to the earliest records of prosperous cities where Eastern and Western cultures converged.

Inspired by this, Millennia Journey recreates a miniature expedition where visitors are guided through eight themed stops, representing a journey of discovery through diverse cultures: from ancient Italy and the distant Mediterranean to the enigmatic Tibet, Myanmar, and the vast Mongolian steppes… The journey concludes with a cluster of stops themed around Vietnam, featuring familiar scenes such as boat docks and rivers. A series of “cultural codes” along the nearly 2-kilometer-long Millennia Journey have transformed the street into an intersection of global excellence and Vietnamese identity.

The Millennia Journey pedestrian street will recreate world explorations through diverse themed stops.

As visitors depart from the pedestrian street, they encounter the second stage named the River of Light. Drawing inspiration from the romantic Venice, the River of Light crafts an ethereal landscape with a combination of mist, laser displays, and artistic performances never before seen in Vietnam.

The overall highlight includes an Asian contemporary-style subdivision nestled amidst green spaces, creating a subtle balance between vibrancy and tranquility, artistic creativity, and convenient lifestyle. All these elements blend to position T&T City Millennia as a youthful city with a pioneering spirit, akin to the legendary journey of the explorer Marco Polo.

Infrastructure as a Launchpad

Returning to the grand music festival in August, investors believe that the upcoming event offers an opportunity for numerous customers to grasp T&T Group’s sustainable development orientation in the project. Positioned as a premium riverside urban area in southern Ho Chi Minh City, T&T City Millennia boasts a valuable feng shui location with three sides bordering the Rạch Dơi river, bringing prosperity and creating distinctive landscape and ecological highlights.

T&T City Millennia – A contemporary Asian-style urban project with a vibrant and tranquil ambiance.

As per the plan, the project will continue to develop premium internal utilities such as a marina, restaurants, and floating cafes… enhancing the living experience to a resort-style standard. Notably, the FPT general education school within the project will be completed and operational in the near future, directly benefiting the community of the Millennium City. The FPT school can accommodate 2,500 students annually, offering a modern and international curriculum with a focus on advanced technologies such as STEM, AI, and Robotic, ensuring holistic development for students in both knowledge and life skills. This foundation is crucial for preparing future generations to participate in the global digital economy.

In addition to its prime location, T&T City Millennia also possesses tremendous potential due to its proximity to strategic transportation axes that have, are, and will shape the entire economic map of Ho Chi Minh City and its neighboring areas.

Firstly, the 826E provincial road directly connects to National Highway 50 and the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Through this route, residents of T&T City Millennia can conveniently travel to the city’s central areas and major industrial parks like Long Hau and Hiep Phuoc within 30 minutes.

T&T City Millennia’s prime location offers exponential growth potential fueled by infrastructure-driven real estate investment.

Next, the Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway, the “transportation backbone” connecting the Eastern and Western regions of Southern Vietnam, with a length of over 57km and a total investment of nearly VND 30,000 billion, has been partially opened and aims for full completion by 2026. This expressway will significantly reduce travel time from Tay Ninh (former Long An) to key areas such as Long Thanh International Airport and the High-Tech Park in Thu Duc City. It will serve as a vital route, fostering inter-regional trade and presenting significant development opportunities for strategic urban areas like T&T City Millennia.

Notably, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 (with a total length of about 76km) is expected to open some sections in 2025 and complete the entire route in 2026. It traverses four localities: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Long An, forming a large-scale industrial-urban logistics ring, where the T&T City Millennia project area will be a crucial link in the chain of satellite cities connected to Ho Chi Minh City’s center.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning one of the key southern ports – Long An International Port, along with its expanding logistics system, warehouses, and ancillary services. This infrastructure not only boosts economic exchanges between Tay Ninh and neighboring areas but also establishes the role of Can Giuoc, in particular, and Tay Ninh, in general, as a pivotal trade and supply hub.

With the synergy of numerous key infrastructure projects, the southern region of Ho Chi Minh City is emerging as a “new growth pole.” Located at the heart of this development corridor, T&T City Millennia not only directly benefits from this but also holds exponential growth potential fueled by infrastructure-driven real estate investment.

As a financial partner of the project, SHB accompanies customers in realizing their dream of owning a home at T&T City Millennia through preferential home loan packages, with interest rates as low as 3.99% per year, a loan limit of up to 90% of the property value, and flexible repayment terms of up to 35 years – offering optimal financial solutions tailored to individual needs and capabilities.
