Danzig City Inspectorate Announces Inspections for Delayed and Problematic Projects
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa, Chief Inspector of Danang, has recently signed and issued an inspection plan for projects with difficulties, bottlenecks, delays, stagnation, low efficiency, signs of violations, and potential for waste and loss.
The Danang Inspectorate will directly inspect six specific projects as per the Government Inspectorate’s Plan No. 1505/KH-TTCP. The inspection period will cover the project’s implementation timeline up to July 1, 2025, with possible extensions if necessary.

Current state of the Danang IT Park project
The inspection is expected to be completed within 30 days, and the conclusion will be made before September 15, 2025.
Six Projects in Danang Targeted for Inspection
To effectively carry out the plan, the Danang Inspectorate has formed four inspection teams led by the city’s deputy chief inspectors.
Specifically, Inspection Team 1 will oversee the Le Trong Tan Road project (from the completed section to Phuoc Ly 6) and the Phuoc Ly 2 Resettlement Area Technical Infrastructure project, with Danang – Central Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor.
Inspection Team 2 will inspect the Tran Hung Dao Road Extension project and the Hoa Lien 5 Resettlement Area Technical Infrastructure project, undertaken by Danang – Central Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company.

Delayed projects with bottlenecks and stagnation are subject to inspection to clarify the responsibilities of involved parties.
Inspection Team 3 will focus on the Danang IT Park project – Phase 2, with Danang IT Park Development LLC as the investor. Meanwhile, Inspection Team 4 will look into the Rural Electrification Project from the national grid in Quang Nam province, with the Provincial Project Management Board for Construction Investment as the investor.
According to the Danang Inspectorate, the inspection plan mandates that the teams strictly adhere to the principle of not hindering the normal operations of the inspected units and avoiding overlap with the State Audit Office and other competent agencies. The inspection results must ensure accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with legal procedures, with coordinated efforts from relevant departments.
Additionally, the Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negativity Prevention Division is responsible for consolidating the results of the thematic inspection using the Government Inspectorate’s guided templates. They will also provide consultancy and report to the People’s Committee of the city before September 25, 2025.
This inspection campaign not only contributes to transparency in public investment but also serves as a crucial step in reinforcing administrative discipline and ensuring efficient utilization of urban development resources.
Through this initiative, the Danang Inspectorate continues to play a pivotal role in preventing waste and loss and enhancing state management effectiveness in the region.
