Feliz Jardin, or the “Garden of Happiness,” at Sun Feliza Suites, is more than just a collection of amenities for its discerning residents. It is a place where the philosophy of “five blessings” is vividly manifested in the midst of the bustling, fast-paced urban lifestyle.
An Architectural Symphony in Green
Spanning 11,548 square meters at the heart of the Sun Feliza Suites complex, Feliz Jardin was designed by EDSA according to the unique concept of a “garden of five blessings.” This design is based on an in-depth study of Vietnamese culture and way of life. The entire garden is a perfect work of art, meticulously crafted down to the finest detail, creating a harmonious space where people, art, and nature coexist in perfect balance.
“We wanted to create a green space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also healing. Every tree, every stone, and even the resting areas are intentionally placed to provide a multisensory experience,” shared the project’s lead architect.
Comprised of five distinct sections—Phúc Lộc, Phúc Thọ, Phúc Khang, Phúc Ninh, and Phúc Lạc—and connected to the Thăng Long fountain and An Cư hiên, the Garden of Happiness embodies the full meaning of “five blessings.” Each section has its own unique architectural design, functionality, and deep cultural significance rooted in feng shui principles.

Phúc Lạc, a versatile lawn, serves as a place for residents to connect with nature and each other; Phúc Lộc is a corridor linking the ground-floor shophouses, offering a seamless and luxurious shopping experience; Phúc Thọ is a dynamic playground and educational space designed specifically for children; Phúc Ninh is a serene green oasis centered around a lotus pond; and Phúc Khang features an energetic sports area with an outdoor gym and a pickleball court.
The garden seamlessly blends resort-style landscaping with tailor-made amenities catering to residents of all ages, emphasizing refinement, tranquility, and a strong connection to nature. The garden’s design philosophy resonates with the inspiration behind the complex’s five towers, named Phúc, Lộc, Thọ, Khang, and Ninh, reflecting the residents’ and developers’ aspirations for a life of abundance.
Crafting a Fulfilled Living Environment
Sun Feliza Suites occupies a rare, centrally located site in the heart of Cầu Giấy. It has been meticulously crafted to match the sophisticated standards of its elite residents. Along with the luxurious amenities on the 6th floor, including the VIP lounge, Garden Café, swimming pool, gym, and spa, the Garden of Happiness on the 1st floor completes the diverse collection of facilities, allowing residents to live a life of quality and fulfillment.

Phúc Lộc connects the Phúc, Khang, and Ninh towers, forming a “green corridor” where residents can enjoy their morning coffee or leisurely stroll through the shops on the ground floor. Combined with the impressive lobbies that soar up to 14 meters in height (equivalent to four stories of apartments), Phúc Lộc expands the space for community activities and cultural events, creating a vibrant outdoor environment.
Beyond the Phúc Lộc garden lies the Phúc Lạc garden, a verdant space featuring a versatile lawn, artistic accents, and the Phúc Ninh garden, a tranquil “island of relaxation” nestled within the bustling city. Surrounded by towering trees and secluded from the lively urban atmosphere, these parks offer residents a peaceful retreat with the soothing sounds of flowing water and birdsong, creating a meditative atmosphere. The traditional Vietnamese-style pavilions provide a sense of familiarity and a true sense of “home.”

For residents who embrace an active lifestyle, the Phúc Khang garden is a hub of integrated sports amenities, including a pickleball court and an outdoor gym equipped with modern facilities. Each feature has been carefully curated to cater to a range of fitness needs, from basic to specialized workouts.
The final piece of the Feliz Jardin puzzle is the Phúc Thọ garden, a playground dedicated to children and teenagers within the complex. Young residents can explore a variety of activities, from physical games that promote fitness to outdoor art spaces that foster creativity.
“Beyond its feng shui significance, the Garden of Happiness at Sun Feliza Suites contributes to the creation of an upscale standard of living in the western region of the capital, in line with Sun Property’s mission to elevate the quality of life,” shared a representative of Sun Group. “Residents not only reside here but also experience a resort-like lifestyle, indulging in the exclusive privileges of a comprehensive range of high-end amenities.”
