Comprised of five distinct sections—Phúc Lộc, Phúc Thọ, Phúc Khang, Phúc Ninh, and Phúc Lạc—and connected to the Thăng Long fountain and An Cư hiên, the Garden of Happiness embodies the full meaning of “five blessings.” Each section has its own unique architectural design, functionality, and deep cultural significance rooted in feng shui principles.

Phúc Lạc, a versatile lawn, serves as a place for residents to connect with nature and each other; Phúc Lộc is a corridor linking the ground-floor shophouses, offering a seamless and luxurious shopping experience; Phúc Thọ is a dynamic playground and educational space designed specifically for children; Phúc Ninh is a serene green oasis centered around a lotus pond; and Phúc Khang features an energetic sports area with an outdoor gym and a pickleball court.
